Watch for Wildlife is a wildlife-vehicle collision prevention program of Hope for Wildlife.

Our goal is straightforward: to reduce the injury and mortality of people and wildlife on our roads. The program aims to educate drivers on ways to prevent collisions with wildlife, encourage collision reporting and data collection, and to advocate for the inclusion of wildlife collision mitigation plans in road design and transportation policy.

Hope for Wildlife is a charitable wildlife rehabilitation and education organization located in Seaforth, Nova Scotia. Since 1997, they have rescued, rehabilitated, and released over 95,000 injured and orphaned wild animals representing over 260 species.

The Sierra Club Atlantic Chapter originally founded Watch for Wildlife in 2016. They are a vibrant grassroots organization that helps empower people to protect, restore, and enjoy a healthy safe planet.
